NCRAPark City, Kansas – May 2, 2013 – If you are a race fan then you know the “month of May” means it is the “month of racing” and that is true pertaining to all six divisions for the National Championship Racing Association of Park City, Kansas presented by Precise Racing Products racing series. Below are the “Month of May” highlights for each of the series divisions consisting of 360 sprints, 305 sprints, modified, sport mods, late models and new mod-lites.

360 Sprint Car Division:

Two events are slated for the “Thunder and Lightening” division of the 360 sprint cars. First up will be the twice rescheduled event at 81 Speedway in Park City on Saturday night, May 11th. This event was postponed from April 27th and moved again from the May 4th makeup date. This will be the second race on the 2013 race season and second out of four at the home of the series, 81 Speedway.

Then on Friday night, May 24th it will be the 3rd annual “Sprint Car Mania” at RPM Speedway in Hays, Kansas. Now retired Garry Lee Maier won the inaugural event back in 2011 while last year’s version was cancelled due to rain during hot laps.

Modified Division:

For the first time in six years the series modified division will travel to Mid-America Speedway in South Coffeyville, Oklahoma to kick off the Memorial Day weekend on Friday night, May 24 in the only event slated for the tour during the Month of May.
